On behalf of The Head of Student Administration association and the hosting QLD Organising Committee, we are thrilled to announce that the 2026 HoSA Conference will take place in Brisbane from Wednesday, 26th to Friday 28th August 2026, at the Voco Hotel Brisbane Central. The Conference Committee has great pleasure in inviting you to become a part of the upcoming Conference.

Who will attend:

HoSA’s national conferences have a reputation for attracting key decision makers and leaders from student administration, student services and other important areas from Australia and New Zealand’s Higher Education Sector, such as universities and colleges. Their focus is on student administration, engagement, graduation organization, and scheduling. HoSA Conference Delegates usually work in the higher positions within student administration. Their roles include Director of Operations, Student Experience Managers, Service Improvement Managers, Chief Student Services Officer, Student Partnership Managers, Head of Student Life and Experience, etc.

The number of delegates has continuously increased over the past five years. The Conference Organising Committee is confident of an attendance in excess of 180 delegates at the 2026 conference.
